The opportunity

The AFCO MENA franchise opportunity.

A complete system for operators who want proven brands, real support and room to grow.

Partnership models

Two ways to partner.

Multi-unit development agreement

The right to develop an agreed number of restaurants in a city or region on a defined schedule.

Best for

groups with the capacity to grow.

Master franchise

Exclusive rights to develop a brand in a country, with a committed development schedule and the ability to sub-franchise with our approval.

Best for

established F&B groups and strategic investors.

What we provide

The full system, from day one.

Franchising only works when the franchisor does its job. Ours is to give you everything the brand needs to run - and to stay involved once it does.

1

Market entry and site selection

Market review, country definition, site criteria and approval, and guidance through the lease.

2

Store design and build

Approved layouts by format, a full design package, kitchen specification, equipment lists and approved suppliers, with build-out reviews before opening.

3

Training and opening

Pre-opening training for your management team in our restaurants, an opening crew on site, and certification for every role.

4

Supply chain and product standards

Core recipes and proprietary products supplied or specified by us, approved suppliers, and quality standards backed by audits.

5

Marketing and brand

Brand guidelines, a campaign calendar, a launch plan, digital assets and a local-marketing playbook.

6

Technology and ongoing support

Ordering, loyalty and delivery integrations, operating standards and reporting, plus field visits, audits and regular business reviews.

The investment

The initial franchise fee, royalties, marketing contribution and build-out cost depend on the brand, the format and the market. We share indicative figures after the first qualification step, inside a complete financial model with its assumptions in the open. We would rather show you real numbers than headline ones.

Who we're looking for

We choose partners carefully, because the brand will carry your name as much as ours.

An established operator or investor with experience in food and beverage, retail or hospitality

Capital to open and to grow

we favour partners with multi-unit ambition

Knowledge of the local market and access to the right real estate

A management team that will live the standards, not just sign them

Shared values: consistency, care and a long-term view

Investor access

Information released in stages.

Full financial model shared after NDA

Detailed economics by brand and format are shared once a confidentiality agreement is in place. Request the NDA through the enquiry form and our team will respond directly. Indicative figures are not a forecast or a guarantee of returns.

Request the NDA

NDA requests are handled by the franchise team after enquiry review.

Questions partners ask

Which brands are available for franchise?
CasaPasta, Chick N Dip, Okashi, and Poshak are offered in selected markets. Availability depends on the market, the format and existing agreements; we confirm it during the discovery call.
What is a master franchise?
Exclusive rights to develop a brand in a country. It comes with a committed development schedule and, with our approval, the ability to sub-franchise to local operators.
Do I need restaurant experience?
You don't have to run a restaurant yourself, but your management team must. We assess the team, not only the investor.
How long does the process take?
Typically three to six months from first conversation to a signed agreement, and six to twelve months from signing to the first opening, depending on the site.
What support do you provide after opening?
A field team that visits, audits and reviews performance with you, a shared campaign calendar, new products, and updated standards as the brands evolve.
Where do the products come from?
Proprietary products and core recipes come from AFCO's approved suppliers. Other items are sourced locally to our specifications.
Can the menu be adapted to my market?
The core menu stays. Local additions and adjustments are possible within brand standards and with our approval.
Are the brands halal?
Yes. All AFCO brands operate to halal standards, which we maintain in every market.
