AFCO MENA

Website Terms of Use

Terms governing use of the AFCO MENA website; they do not make a franchise offer.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. Operator and scope

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of afcomena.com. The website is operated by AFCO Mena Company / شركة أفكو الشرق الأوسط, Commercial Registration No. 7054834895, Dammam, Saudi Arabia (“AFCO MENA”, “we”, “us”).

They apply to website content, contact channels and franchise enquiries. A separate signed agreement, disclosure, privacy notice or other document may apply to a particular relationship and will prevail for its subject matter.

2. Acceptance, eligibility and authority

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

The site is intended for adults exploring a bona fide business opportunity. If you submit information for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and to communicate about a possible franchise enquiry.

3. Website information

The site provides general information about AFCO MENA, its brands and possible business discussions. We aim to keep it useful and current, but content may change and may not be complete, suitable for every market or free from error.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, investment, business or professional advice. Obtain independent advice before making a decision or commitment.

4. Franchise enquiries are not an offer or reservation

Submitting an enquiry is a request for initial contact only. It is not a franchise offer, solicitation where one is not permitted, acceptance of an applicant, promise of a franchise, country reservation, exclusivity commitment or binding agreement.

Any possible relationship depends on AFCO MENA’s assessment, due diligence, required disclosures, legal and commercial approvals, market availability and a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives. AFCO MENA may discuss or assess more than one enquiry for a market.

5. No earnings or performance promise

Illustrations, brand descriptions and other site material do not promise sales, profit, return on investment, opening date, country availability or business performance. Results depend on many factors, including the market, operator, site, capital, approvals and agreement terms.

Where a law requires a franchise, financial or other disclosure, it will be provided through the applicable process, if applicable. Website content does not replace that disclosure.

6. Information you provide

You must provide accurate, current and non-misleading information, update material changes when reasonably necessary for the discussion, and provide only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, sensitive personal or harmful material through the form.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. An enquiry may be rejected, delayed or closed when information is incomplete, inaccurate, abusive or cannot be verified.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the site, bypass security or rate limits, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, introduce malware, scrape material at scale, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful activity.

Do not probe, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the website, servers, forms, accounts or data. We may protect the service, investigate misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary and lawful.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks and other materials are owned by or licensed to AFCO MENA or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, adapt, publish, distribute, frame, use as a trade mark, or exploit material beyond that permission without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the site, form, brand information or these terms without notice where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability, and you are responsible for your own connection, device protection and backups.

A submission confirmation means the system received the enquiry; it does not guarantee email delivery, response, qualification or agreement.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFCO MENA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, this general-information website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer or other non-waivable right. This section does not alter liability expressly accepted in a signed agreement.

12. No online paid orders

This website does not offer paid orders, franchise fees, deposits, refunds or payment processing. Do not send funds in response to website content alone. Any payment arrangement, if a relationship proceeds, must be stated in an authorised written agreement and follow the applicable process.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute connected with these terms or this website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory, non-waivable rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.

Before starting formal proceedings, please send a written notice describing the issue to info@afcomena.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to review it. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where available.

14. General terms and contact

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary or franchise relationship.

Translations may be provided for convenience. Neither Arabic nor any other language is designated as authoritative unless AFCO legal counsel approves and publishes that designation. We may update these terms after legal approval or operational changes; the date at the top identifies the version. For questions about the website, contact AFCO MENA at info@afcomena.com, Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
